Tasks and activities:
It provides, to the senses of the art. 12 of the D. Lgs 29/93, to the service of the user, on request, for the rights of share. To the senses of the L. 241/90 handle the information of the user around the actions and the state of the procedures.
It formulates proposals on organizational aspects in relationship with the user.
